Firstly in a thick bottom pan add 1 litter milk.

Further get to a boil milk and lemon juice and stir well, milk become curdles completely.

And immediately drain the curdles milk into hand kerchief

Pura cup off water and clean the paneer as it has lemon juice in it.

Further squeeze of water and hang for 30 min.

After 30 min. Start to knead the paneer for 10 m8n.

Knead paneer till it turn out smooth without any grains of milk.

Further make small balls of paneer and keep aside.

Further add sugar and 8 cup of water into a pan and boil for 10 mins.

After that add prepared paneer balls in boiling sugar syrup and boil for 15 min. The paneer boil will have double in to size.

Finally chenna rasgulle to serve.

Before serve keep rasgulle in refrigerator. Serve cool cool rasgulle.
