Place a pan into gas and pour 1 1/2 LTR of milk into it.the milk has started boiling now switch off the flame.now add lemon juice.when the milk becomes ferment we will stop pouring lemon juice.

Leave it for 5_7 min.after that.let us filter this chenna take strainer and place a cloth on it.por 1 glass of water wrap up the cloth from all sides and squeeze water.press it thoroughly to make chenna soft.after that take all chena and mashed to your palm within 5_7 mint.after that.

Take some chenna in your hand and first round it into balls and then press it.take a pressure cooker into gas and pour water and add sugar.

When the water has started boiling now put chenna and cover the cooker..and cook until a 1 whistle of the cooker.after that of the cooker allowing it to cool down.

Now we spread the khoya into chenna.Now malai chaap is ready and garnishing.we put in middle chopped dry fruits.
