Take bowl add mixture of Cooking Chocolate + White Chocolate +fresh cream and mix well with hand blender.

Mix ingredients listed under Coffee mix. This would be medium thick.

Put each biscuit cuffed on one plate and put it on one.

Dip marie biscuit one by one in the above prepared coffee mix. Biscuits should be well coated. Arrange biscuit as a stack one on top of the other.

Melt chocolate / drinking chocolate brushes on a biscuit rolls / cylinders. It should be saturated on the biscuits on a plain inch.

After rolling this roll in the fridge, cut the slices with thickness of about 4 hours.

Serve with coffee / tea glaze together.
