Am not a fan of yam but I soooo much love this one though my children likes yam. Cooking is all about ideas OH YESS
Steps

Peel and wash your yam very well.

Heat your pot on fire Put in your, water, salt,sugar and cook it till done.

In your colander drain the water from the yam and set it aside let it cool.

Crack your egg in bowl add in your grinded garlic,ginger,Scotch bonnet &,curry,thyme,onion,scent leave,tumeric,maggi and whisk it very well.

Heat up your frying pan and oil,let it hot.

Coat the yam with your mixed egg and fry it til golden brown or your desire colour and enjoy. You can serve it with either sauce, yaji/paper etc.

I served mine with my yaji and black tea for breakfast.
