Steps

Take a boiled potato peeled and cut in cubes and 1potato mashed.

Take a bowl add flours and grated raddish,salt mix and make a dough keep a side for 10 minutes.

Take a pan add oil,jeera and tomato puree saute few seconds then add dry spices mix and add boiled potato and paneer cubes saute for few seconds.

Then add 2 cups of boiled water and cook for 2 miniutes.

Take a nonstick tawa add desi ghee and make a roti apply ghee for both sides.

Serve roti,aloo paneer veggie and plain curd.
