Chop all the vegetables

Stir the eggs, tomato, onion and green pepper, save the cheese for later

Heat the oil in a pan and add half of the mixture

Cook on low heat until the top side is no longer runny.

Spread 3 Tbs of cheese on one half of the omlette
- 6
Fold the omlette in half and press lightly until the cheese melts
- 7
Serve
