100 gmbitter gourd sliced
1Potato sliced
1 tspmustard seeds
1red chilli whole
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper mustard seeds and red chilli whole
2

Add bitter gourd sliced and saute well
3

Add Potatoes and saute well
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
5

Remove cover and cook till it is fried well
6

Add sugar and mix well and switch off

Thanks for the recipe. We tried with a minor change by boiling the karela before frying.
