Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

Add onion chopped and saute well

Add Brinjal sliced and capsicum and fry well

Cover it till it is soft

Dd tomato and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

Add sugar and mix well

Serve it with chapati
