Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGrind rice
  2. 1 litreMilk
  3. as requiredsugar
  4. 250 gramskhoya
  5. pinchcardamom
  6. fewsaffron strands
  7. for garnishingNuts and raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk until it gets thickened, then add in the grind rice. Keep stirring it until the mixture gets thick. after that add khoya(mawa) and sugar and kesar. Then stir it well.

    Add a pinch of cardamom powder. Then cool the mixture.

  3. 3

    Ready to be served.you can also serve chill
