Boil managu/spinach for about 10-15 mins.

In a sufuria heat oil then add onions.cook till golden brown then add tomatoes salt to taste.

Add in ur vegies n stir.in a small bowl mix 2spoons of royco with water n pour in the vegies n mix.

Cook on low heat for 10 mins n its ready
