1 cupsamak rice
2boiled potato
To tasterock salt
1 tspblack pepper
As neededgreen chilli
as needed green coriander leaves
4 tbspoil

Grind samak rice,mix all ingredient except oil.

Make desired shape tikki from this mixture.

Heat a griddle drizzle oil and cook tiikis from both sides till a nice colour

You can deep fry it also.
