Steps

Soak saboodana for 3 to 5 hours

Take saboodana in pan and add 1 glass of water boil it till it becomes looks transparent and thick.

Add milk in it.

After the saboodana and milk gets boiled properly add sugar and kesar in it..

After sugar melts through turn off the gass.

Add some dry fruites and cardamom powder in it as required.

For chilling, keep it freeze.

Serve it.
