Peel the Pointed Gourd
Take out the seeds from inside. - 2
Make chicken masala with onions, garlic, ginger, jeera powder, salt and sugar.

Add cornflour to this masala to make it a bit sticky.

Deep fry the Pointed Gourd and keep them aside

Make the gravy - shallow fry onions, ginger, garlic, chillies, tomatoes. After it is fried, make a paste of the same. Add little bit of milk. This would be like BERESTA

Add the filling to the Pointed Gourd and keep it aside.

Add oil and give chillies, add this BERESTA to it to make a thick gravy out of it.

Add the stuffed Pointed Gourd into the gravy.

Let it boil for just one minute and its done.
