Ingredients

  1. 2 slicesfresh bread
  2. 1egg
  3. 1-2 handfulsfresh spinach
  4. Mature cheddar shavings

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast some bread, add butter if desired

  2. 2

    Fry a lovely free range egg, organic if poss 👍🏼

  3. 3

    Quickly wilt some washed spinach in a warm pan, add salt and pepper to taste

  4. 4

    Top with mature cheddar cheese shavings, delicious!
