Wash the brinjal. Grease it with oil

Put the brinjal on gass

At low flame..turn it side by side

Brinjal get roasted..after 10 minutes off the flame.

Oter side take a pan

Heat it.. put oil heat it. Now add cumin seeds till they dark brown

Add chopped onion at low flame..after 5 minutes..add chopped tomatoes

Mix it..cover the pan for 10 minutes

Now add salt.add green chilli chopped. Add red chilli powder

Now remove the brinjal s black cover

Mash it well

Mix mashed brinjal in pan for 10 minutes add garam masala

Heat for 5 minutes
