Mash the chena well

Now add corn flour,all purpose flour and gram flour

Mix well and add little water

Knead a dough and heat ghee in a wok

Now with the help of a grater grate the dough into the wok and fry well

Prepare small balls of the doguh

Now prepare sugar syrup adding cinnamon and cardamom and add the fried chena mix well

Place it on a serving dish and garnish with chena balls soaked in sugar syrup

Serve it and enjoy Bengal's famous chena pullav
