Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWater
  2. Green chillies chopped
  3. leavesCurry
  4. 1/2 teaspoonheeng powder
  5. Salt par taste
  6. Coriander leaves chopped
  7. Oil
  8. Sarso Dana or rai
  9. 4medium size papad
  10. Oil
  11. 1/2 tspJeera seeds
  12. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  13. Haldi powder
  14. 1 tspDhaniyapowder
  15. 2 cupbetten curd

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse Phele papad Ko roast kar le

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a kadai put Jeera Sarso Dana curry leaves green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute it for some time in low flame

  3. 3

    Then add all masalas like Haldi dhaniya and saute it for 5mints then it reduces oil from it sides

  4. 4

    Add some water and pour the curd in it and mix it well and stirring it until it becomes to boiled

  5. 5

    Then add salt and Coriander leaves

  6. 6

    When it becomes to boiling and gravy was becoming thick then add roasted papad in small pieces on it

  7. 7

    Serve with roti or pratha
