For papri -Mix all ingredients make soft dough cover it for 1/2hour and roll these dough make triangle shape papri's rolling with rolling pin and giving shape with knife and pricking with frock.Heat oil fry all till golden and crisp.Take out when cool downs store in airtight container.

For chaat-Place papri's in plate add all ingredients,sprinkle all masala's,chutney all and bhujia.Enjoy these chaat.
