Make a paste of poppy seed and 5-6 green chilli.

In a air tight tiffin box paneer cubes mix with poppy seed paste, salt, sugar,2 teaspoon mustard oil.

In a wok add 2 -3 cup of water and allow to boil. Set the sir tight box in it. Keep the oven on low flame and boil it for 20 min.

Switch of the flame. After 5 min open the cover of the box and add another 1 teaspoon mustard oil. Steamed paneer is ready to be served
