Warm milk and divide it into two bowls. In one bowl add salt and in another add honey and yeast. Stir until thoroughly mixed.

Add to the flour sugar, salt, melted margarine and the two parts of milk. Using your hand, mix together well. Knead into a dough until soft and smooth. Cover with a plastic wrap and lett it rise for one hour.

Place the ball of dough onto floured surface and divide into twelve pieces. Roll out each piece as thin as possible, about 12cm, spread melted margarine and wrap into roll. Cut the roll lengthwise. Wrap around each length into a knot. Place each one into the greased muffin tin and let them rise for one hour.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. You can decorate with some Filling or frosting. Dust with icing sugar.
