  • Medium sized hoho
  • 3tomatoes blended
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • Salt
  • Assorted spices(garam masala, curry powder, royco and cumin seed
  • Oil for frying
  • Fish

Steps

    Prepare the ingredients

    Fry the onions until golden brown. Add the garlic and cumin seeds. Add the tomatoes n hoho n let it cook

    Add a little water, salt to taste,n royco n let it simmer. Add your fish n Cover. Let it simmer for 10 minutes
