First of all rinse rice flacks with water 3 times. Just wash them don't soak them in water. In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, green chilies and onion finely chopped and washed rice flakes. (Press them and remove excess water.)

Add salt and pepper, zeera powder and garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well and shape them in small ball size kebabs. There must not be any crack in making rounds. They must be very smooth in texture.

Deep fry them in hot oil and serve with your favorite chutney.
