Quick meal for breakfast. The taste is perfect to start your day.

Boil your Noddles for about 3minutes and wash. Fry plantain until brownish in colour.

Pour your fried sauce inside your noodles and heat with little water for about 5 minutes enough to dry the water.

Cut carrot, green pepper and mix egg with a pinch of salt. Pour egg in your pan with very little oil, then put veges and fry for 3 minutes.

Then serve with plantain.
