Ingredients

  • 3ripe juicy tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 tbspnbutter
  • Salt as per taste
  • Small pinch pepper
  • 1 tbspnLittle sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop tomatoes onion and garlic.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan. Put some butter and Saute the above ingredients.Add salt pepper and some sugar

  3. 3

    Boil it till soft.

  4. 4

    Cool churn and sieve in another pan.

  5. 5

    Heat it while serving. Garnish with coriander and cream.

  6. 6

    Hotel style tomato soup is ready to serve. Serve it with roasted bread with butter alongwith

  7. 7

    Enjoy the yummy hotel style tomato soup.
