How I make my rice powder. Wash the rice and let it dry. Grind it and sieve it. Your rice powder is ready to use. Here is my rice powder.

Here is the rice I used.

Pot your pot on fire with water and your 1tspn of oil, cover it and let it boil.

When the water boil take one cup of your rice flour and mix it with water then pour it to your boiling water on fire and mix it very well to avoid any lumps. Cover it and let it cook for about 5mins. Don't cover the pot all leave small space to avoid pouring.

Then open your pot pour the remaining rice powder and keep on turning it with turning stick till you get your desire thickness. Make sure you turn it very well. Cover it and let cook under low heat to avoid burning. At this stage you can add moringa leave or parsley leave optional.

When done find your Leda and start scooping the rice or u can use any container of your choice to shape it. Enjoy u can serve it with any soup of your choice. Enjoy.
