  • Pineapple peels
  • Ginger
  • Sugar
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pineapple peels with the water ensuring it covers the peels fully

  2. 2

    Add the sugar and ginger to the mixture letting it boil more

  3. 3

    Leave it overnight

  4. 4

    Sieve the mixture

  5. 5

    Ready to serve(i put mine in the fridge i like it cold)
