Soak the chickpeas overnight

Wash well and add salt, turmeric powder, onion and garlic

Boil it well till it is soft

Now heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole

Add chopped onion,ginger and garlic saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Saute well adding red chilli Powder and add boiled chickpeas

As everything get combined add roasted masala powder and sugar

Now add hot water and boil well
