Boil water with cinnamon stick and ginger and cool. Let it become one glass full. Then let it cool add honey only when it’s cool else it will loose it's properties then to it add lemon stir and drink first on empty stomach and one before bed. It will work wonders. Garnish with cinnamon powder.
