Remove it in a bowl. Let it cool completely.

Dry roast peanuts and remove the skin

Dry roast sesame too

Grate beetroot add very little olive oil and saute for 1-2 minute

While serving add salt, black pepper, chat masala, lemon juice, peanuts and sesame seeds. Mix well.

On top garnish with sesame seeds, peanuts, mint leaves and with lemon wedges.
