Tofu is a healthy sauce of protein and a tasty and healthy substitute for paneer or cheese. Eat it as breakfast or serve it as a snack to your kids.

Take tofu and crumble it. Next take a bowl and add the diced onions and tomatoes in it. Now add salt, chilli powder, and lemon juice in it and mix it all well.

Take a slice of bread and spread crumbled tofu/soya paneer on it.

Next spread the onion, tomato mix on it and top it with another slice of bread. And your sandwich is ready.

You can either eat the sandwich raw or grill it. I prefer the raw sandwich because we haven't used any butter or ghee which make it more healthy and satisfying. Enjoy ☺️
