Ingredients

20 pieces
  • 400 gcaster sugar
  • 225 gbutter, melted
  • 60 gcocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 4eggs
  • 225 gplain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 packchocolate chips (to top up)
  • For spider web
  • 1 packagewhite chocolate

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in the order given.

  2. 2

    Put the mixture in a rectangular greased baking tin and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

  3. 3

    Bake at 180 C for 20 - 25 min

  4. 4

    Cool, and slice into equal square portions.

  5. 5

    Melt white chocolate in the low heat pot. Transfer to a piping bag

  6. 6

    Cut a very small hole tip and drizzle on top of the brownies to make the spider webs effects 🕸
