Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan & fry all dry fruits lightly & keep it aside.

Now firstly fry suji (rava) with half of ghee...When suji becomes golden brown than keep it aside.

Now fry the besan (chickpea flour)with remaining ghee..When it becomes light golden,you may sprinkle few drops of water..Then fry it until all water drops gets absorbed...Put off the gas..

Now mix roasted suji,besan,dry fruits(chopped almonds,cashewnuts,raisins &coconut powder),grated gud,cardamom powder very well.

Now add cardamom powder & milk & mix it well Cover it for 3mins.

Now take a handful mixture & bind ladoos with tight hands..Repeat the process until all done.

You may keep this laddoo in airtight jar It may remains fresh for more than 20 days
