Pork Casserole
A delicious pork casserole ideal for the colder days
Steps

1: Place a medium sized cooking pot on the stove on medium to high heat and cover the base with olive oil.
2: Add the pork pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
3: In the meantime finely chop the garlic and onion and then add them to the pot.
4: Continue frying until the pork has lost it´s redness on all sides.
5: Add a pinch of salt to your own liking, a sprinkle of parsley and 1 tablespoon of yellow food colourant.

6: Add the peas, wine, water and stir so you mix everything well.
7: Cut the potatoes in small cubes and add them too.
8: Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 60 minutes or until the water and wine has evaporated to half it´s original quantity.
