Steps

First we boil chana dal.

Then we add 2 spoon ghee in the pan and pour chana dal, sugar and jaggery mix well.

Last we add 2 spoon gramflour and cardamom.

Rest it in cool then we make one chapati and fill up stuffing in it then again roll it.

Roast on pan and spread ghee on it.

Ready to serve garmagarm Puran poli.
