Mix the rice with the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, dill, and salt. Season with spices. You can add lemon juice and tomato paste to the filling if you like.

Prepare the vegetables by hollowing them out and stuff them with the filling. Arrange them in a deep pot or baking dish after adding oil to the bottom.

Stuff the washed Swiss chard leaves and arrange them in the pot. You can add cooked fava beans between the chard rolls if desired.

After finishing stuffing the chard and vegetables, add a little oil and place the pot on the stove.

Next, add the sauce made from tomato paste, salt, and lemon juice. The sauce should not completely cover the stuffed vegetables.

Place a heavy plate on top to keep everything pressed down and cook until done. Serve on a platter with bread. Enjoy!
