In a grinder put black soya beans,onion, garlic, now make a thick paste.

Now put pan on gas add ghee in it put Cumin seed then add mixture in it saute it for five mins then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder stir well then add water let it be Cook for 30 mins check it and stir it in every five mins.

After 30mins give it a tadka with hing and Cuminseed. Put chopped coriander leaf.serve it with rice.
