Ingredients

  1. 1 lbbeef brisket and tendon (about 450 grams)
  2. 2/3 lbpork shoulder (about 300 grams)
  3. 3 ozfresh shrimp (about 85 grams)
  4. 3large eggs
  5. Mixed fresh herbs (such as cilantro, mint, Thai basil), pineapple, cucumber
  6. Rice paper wrappers
  7. Rice vermicelli noodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the beef brisket and tendon, then boil with smashed ginger for 35 minutes. Boil the pork until cooked through. Boil the shrimp, then peel and remove the heads. Make thin omelets with the eggs and slice them into strips.

  2. 2

    Wash the fresh herbs and arrange them on a platter. Cut the cucumber into long strips and slice the pineapple thinly.

  3. 3

    Slice all the cooked meats, eggs, and shrimp, and arrange them on a platter. For dipping sauce, look up a recipe online. That’s how I learned too!
