In a blending jar add 1 cup of roasted oats and blend them into fine powder.

Transfer the powdered oats in to a bowl. Add 2 tbsp semolina, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 3 tblsp curd, grated carrots, finely chopped onions, green chilli, chopped coriander and salt.

Mix the ingredients well and add 2 cups of water also. Mix the batter without any lumps. Batter consistency should be slightly thick. Then add lemon juice and rest of the batter for 10 minutes.

Heat the non-stick pan, brush oil on the pan. Take a ladle full of batter, drop it at the centre. Smear oil at the corners of the chilla.

Cook the chilla for few minutes until the bottom side get cooked well. Then flip the chilla. Cook the other side also until it is cooked well.

Take it out on a plate and serve hot with chutney.
