Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgCarrot
  2. 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  3. 1 tablespoonMilk powder
  4. 400 gmSugar
  5. 1 tbspcardamom powder
  6. as neededDry fruits which you like

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash carrots and grate it with grater.

  2. 2

    Take a Kadai add desi ghee.

  3. 3

    Now roast grated carrots in it.

  4. 4

    After sometime add milk powder.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar.

  6. 6

    After roasting well add elaichi powder and dry fruits.

  7. 7

    Rest it for some time, when it become cool bind balls.
