Grate reddish and chop reddish leaves and coriander leaves. Chop green chillies. Now mix makki ka atta, salt and ajwain.

Bind a soft dough. No extra water is needed to bind the dough.

Now take a small quantity from the dough and make a ball. Take a plastic sheet and start rolling ball in chapati shape. Heat a tawa. Cook this from both sides by applying ghee.
