Chop cashews almonds in a bowl

Peel and crush cardamom seeds

Take refined flour in a big mixing bowl add some ghee in it

Now add water in small portions knead firm and stiff dough

Cover dough keep aside for few minutes

Take mawa in a pan roast until you see change in colour

Keep flame medium and keep stirring it

Transfer the roasted mawa add dry fruits cardamom powder mix everything to prepare stuffing

Knead the dough again and make pinch small to medium size ball from dough

Roll out into poori with3 inch diameter

Place 1 tsp stuffing seal it well

Insert 2 clove on the folded lavang latika.prepare rest like that.

Heat enough ghee keep frying lavang latika

Deep fry till crispy and brown

Drain friend lavang latika on paper

Take 1 cup sugar add 1/2 cup water.let it simmer for 2 minutes

Put off the flame add cardamom powder in it.syrup is now ready

Let syrup cool

Dip all lavang latika in a plate.keep them soaked for a minute.

Serve these delicious lavang latika warm and relish eating,can be used for 15 days.
