Boil the pumpkin

Once ready mash for a while

In a separate pan, heat oil in a pan and fry onions and garlic till soft

Once brown, add the hoho, tomatoes puree, rosemary and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the pumpkin and then 1/2 cup of water. Add salt to taste

Let the pumpkin cook for 5 minutes

Serve with rice or ugali
