Ingredients

  • 1 bowlarhar dal
  • 2onion
  • 2tomato
  • 4-5garlic
  • 1 tspginger
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak the dal.after soaked boil the dal

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add onion and saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add ginger and chopped garlic roast it.

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomato and spices and saute for 4-5 minutes,

  5. 5

    Add boiled dal and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with rice and roti
