Steps

Heat the pan take ghee when ghee is heated add besan & suji in it & roast till golden brown in slow flame.

In slow flame besan should be roasted approx 20 minutes continuously stir till colour get changed then off the flame.

Meanwhile take another pan for making sugar syrup add 1/2 cup sugar & 1/4 cup water in it stir continuously in low flame.

For sugar syrup sugar dissolves completely & it should be 1 string consistency.

When sugar syrup is ready turn the roasted besan mixture in it now add cardomom powder & mix well & turn off the flame.

Immediate turn the mixture into grease plate or any container for setting shape.

Now on top spread desiccated coconut powder & chopped dry fruits over mixture & slowly press it.

Allow to set for 20-30 minutes completely.

Now cut pieces as per you want like diamond or square shape.
