Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Pre-boiled githeri (beans and maize)
  3. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients.add salt

  2. 2

    Add enough water to cook them.boil until potatoes are well cooked.

  3. 3

    Drain excess water and mash them well.

  4. 4

    Serve when hot.I have served mine with wetty beef,steamed cabbage and kachumbari.
