Peel your potatoes, wash, slice, add salt and drain

Heat up your oil and fry your potatoes until crispy

In a bowl whisk your egg until fluffy, then add seasoning, grated pepper, onion and corriander. Whisk again and keep aside

Heat up your oil and fry. Your delicious meal is ready.
