In a utensil mix ghee, sugar and milk and keep on flame stirring constantly till the sugar dissolves. Now off the flame and let it cool down.

Now add salt in that. By watching consistency for dough add maida in the above mixture. Prepare a soft dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Take a big ball of dough and make big roti of that. Now cut into small square/rectangular shape.

Now heat oil in a pan.
Now fry this on a low flame till golden brown colour. Now remove from oil. - 5
Shankrpali is ready to serve.😋😊
