Cut fish into small sizes

Wash thouroughly using salt and water

Marinate fish using curry, seasoning, garlic and ginger powder for 2 hours or overnight

Blend tomatoes, pepper, bell pepper and tomatoes into smooth paste

Fry paste using vegetable oil for about 5-8 minutes

Fry fish in hot vegetable oil until properly cooked

Add fried fish into cooked paste and allow to cook for an additional 5 minutes on low heat

Add salt to taste

Serve with jollof rice, boiled yam, boiled potatoes, salad or any other food of your choice.
