Ingredients

  1. 1.5 kgcroaker fish
  2. 2medium sized tomatoes
  3. 4fresh pepper
  4. 1medium sized red bell pepper
  5. 1medium sized onions
  6. 1 teaspooncurry
  7. 1 teaspoonrosemary leaves
  8. 1/2 teaspoondried grounded garlic powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoondries ginger powder
  10. 1 spoonvegetable oil
  11. 1crayfish seasoning cube
  12. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut fish into small sizes

  2. 2

    Wash thouroughly using salt and water

  3. 3

    Marinate fish using curry, seasoning, garlic and ginger powder for 2 hours or overnight

  4. 4

    Blend tomatoes, pepper, bell pepper and tomatoes into smooth paste

  5. 5

    Fry paste using vegetable oil for about 5-8 minutes

  6. 6

    Fry fish in hot vegetable oil until properly cooked

  7. 7

    Add fried fish into cooked paste and allow to cook for an additional 5 minutes on low heat

  8. 8

    Add salt to taste

  9. 9

    Serve with jollof rice, boiled yam, boiled potatoes, salad or any other food of your choice.
