Boil the pumpkins and then mash them.

Put luke warm water in a bowl.. add salt and sugar...

Then add the mashed pumpkin add the flour...

Knead for 2 minutes and rest it to prove...

Make even circular ball.. Then roll them into circle..
6

Put them on a hot griddle and add oil... once they brown on one side... turn them... put them on aclean bowl and cover
