  • 400 gflour
  • 200 gsugar
  • Grated lemon rind and it's juice
  • 5large eggs
  • 50 mlmilk
  • 200 gmargarine
  • 2 teaspoonsbaking powder

    Cream the margarine and sugar until light

  2. 2

    Add an egg at a time while whisking

  3. 3

    Add the lemon and it's juice

  4. 4

    Add half of the flour and baking powder mixture and fold gently

  5. 5

    Add the milk

  6. 6

    Fold in the rest of the flour

  7. 7

    Bake

  8. 8

    Allow to cool
